Troubleshoot your Bedrock server

Bedrock Connection Test

Check whether your server answers the first NetherNet connection request. Enter the public address that your players use.

Test your server address

The test runs from our server, so your endpoint must be publicly reachable.

Use a hostname or IP with an optional port, or an HTTP(S) URL. For example: play.example.com:19132 or https://play.example.com.

HTTPS is checked before HTTP. Your port is kept; without a port, we check 19132, 443, and 80. A full URL checks only that endpoint.

The form is loading. If the fields stay disabled, enable JavaScript in your browser.

What this test checks

This checks initial contact with the NetherNet signaling endpoint only. It does not test UDP / RakNet, authentication, or a full game login.

After a successful result, join from an actual Bedrock client outside your server network. If you use a direct UDP connection, also check your UDP port and firewall rules.
